Come to Sri Lanka with us!
There are a million and one reasons why our Sri Lanka Yoga Retreat this April will be one to remember. If you’re on the fence, here are five more reasons why you should come:
1. The accommodation
Aptly named Soul & Surf, this 12-bedroom hotel on the South coast of Sri Lanka prides itself on offering guests a dose of “health, inspiration and good vibes.” Considered design and stylish interiors create a relaxed space for guests to unwind and quite frankly, who would say no to that.
2. The Activities
Morning meditation, healthy meals, yoga, surf lessons, downtime. We could keep going, but that summarises how you’ll spend your days at Soul & Surf. We’ve booked out the entire resort, so you can well and truly sit back, relax and enjoy each day. Never surfed? Fear not, the surf lessons are for all levels and are a fun way to see the beaches of Sri Lanka. Never yoga-d? Anyone is welcome! We encourage all levels to join us on the retreat and even if you’re a beginner, it’s a great place to learn.
3. Well because, Sri Lanka
Sri Lanka is known for its vibrancy, beaches, climate, the lush greenery and incredible food. On our retreat you’ll be able to experience all of that and more – some daily activities are optional, giving you the opportunity to explore neighbouring towns or other activities at Soul & Surf. Being in Sri Lanka for April means balmy 25-30 degree days, endless sunshine and blue skies!
4. The Food
Soul & Surf utilise local and fresh produce to bring yogis delicious daily meals in an open-air pavilion, set to the backdrop of the leafy jungle. The menu of Sunshine Food is filled with vegetarian, vegan and seafood options with ample fresh fruit, vegetables and local Sri Lankan specialties. We’re drooling already.
5. The R&R
Daily scheduled activities and rest time will allow you to take full advantage of the indoor/outdoor swimming pool, sunken lounge and treatment rooms (think dreamy massages). Plus, feeding your soul with fresh produce and healthy meals will help your body and mind reset and re-energize. It’s a gigantic yes from us.
