Pathways of Qi + Cacao with Patch
Time: 12pm - 2pm
Join our resident Yin Yoga Teacher and current Chinese Medicine Degree student Patch Thompson for an informational and healing workshop on Qi.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine philosophy, Qi is the life force which flows freely through our bodies via meridian channels. If there is stagnation or a blockage along these channels, it can manifest as pain, illness or disease. In this workshop we will explore these channels as well as locate and stimulate some of the most powerful acupressure points along our winter meridians. You will learn how to feel and locate blockages and then discover how you can release tension based on symptomatology. We will finish off with a deep acupressure yin practice, applying all of our newly discovered techniques.
Afterwards enjoy homemade vegan cacao elixirs in our chill space.
Spring 4 Week Challenge

Challenge yourself to 5 yoga classes a week for 4 weeks to kick off the start of Spring!
Yoga challenges are a great way to grow your practice, increase strength, deepen flexibility and calm the mind. The aim is to attend 20 classes over 4 weeks. We suggest attending a mix of different class styles and coming to 5 classes per week.
Pass valid for use from Sunday 1st September – Monday 30th September.

Steve Ross Explore Meditation Series
Time: Various Times
Location: Yoga 213 Geelong
Cost: $35 Casual + $90 Series
Explore meditation with life time meditator and former Monk, Steve Ross! In this 3 part series Steve will explore different meditation techniques and discuss philosophical concepts such as the nature of the mind, culture vs reality, effort vs acceptance and happiness.
This series is recommended for those new to meditation along with regular meditators looking to deepen their practice and understanding. You will discover how a regular meditation practice can lead to a life filled with joy and happiness. Each class will begin with an open talk from Steve followed by a guided meditation. Expect to leave with a clear mind and new skills to create a consistent and purposeful meditation practice at home. Enjoy herbal tea and chocolate in our chill space after.
We suggest coming along to all 3 to gain the most benefits. However, drop in passes are available for $35 per session if you can only make one. Yoga 213 members get a 10% discount. Email [email protected] to redeem.
Progression Series with Alex
Time: 7:45pm - 9pm
Location: Yoga 213 Geelong
Ever seen a pose in class but wasn’t sure how to get into it? Join Alex in Geelong for challenging but accessible, step-by-step progression classes to learn the ins and outs of some of our favourite advanced asana variations!
You’ll begin class with a 15min chill flow to prepare the body, mind and breath. Once the body is warm, you’ll workshop through the focus posture/s with a step-by-step demonstration and time to ask questions. All progressions will be offered as layered variations to experiment with in a happy and relaxed environment. Alex will finish with an upbeat flow sequence to put it all into practice!
Perfect for beginner yogis wanting to try something new and intermediate yogis looking for variations to spice up their flows! You’ll leave with a fresh perspective for your practice and be armed with new and different variations you can incorporate into your Chill, Flow and Hip Hop Yoga classes. In true 213 style, there’ll be music playing throughout and knowing Alex, you can expect Hip Hop, Soul and R&B vibes too!

Join Lauri for a live music serenade every Thursday night! Her angelic voice and soothing guitar riffs will float you off into a dreamy long savasana after the 6:30pm Chill Yoga class. And why not stick around for Lauri’s Meditation for Sleep class from 7.45pm – 8.15pm which incorporates pranayama + yoga nidra to set you up for a deep and restful nights sleep.
All levels welcome including beginner yogi’s/meditators.

Join recently 200hr YTT graduate Olly Holland as we raise funds for The Disabled Surfers Association in Ocean Grove – their goal is to provide an inclusive experience for all people with any disability the rush of riding a wave in a safe and supported environment.
No payments can be made online for this class, please pay cash into the donations box before or after class. All donations are appreciated, we recommend $10.
100% of donations are donated to the Disabled Surfers Association after the last class.
