Meditation 12 with Sacha

Soothe yourself with a Tibetan meditation technique called White Light, Grey Smoke with 213 teacher Sacha. You can take this meditation any time of the day, and we recommend practicing one of our Flow or Chill classes first to prep the body for sitting.

We made a playlist for you (check the description in Vimeo), listen quietly on another device while you meditate. There is an extra 18 minutes of Savasana music at the end if you’d like to sit for longer (making it a 30 minute meditation).
