For this meditation we suggest getting as comfortable as possible. You can sit in a chair or up against a wall if that feels best for you. You can practice this mediation without music or play the suggested song softly on another device in the background.

Metta (or Loving Kindness) is an ancient Buddhist meditation technique that involves sending positive thoughts and well wishes out into the world. Practicing Metta Meditation regularly can help us to develop more compassion and kindness both towards ourselves and others.
