All passes activate from the date of the clients first visit, not the purchase date
No refunds or extensions are offered on unused portions of this pass unless due to serious illness with a doctors certificate
Memberships
This membership is a 12 week lock in contract
A weekly amount of $40 will be debited from your nominated account each week
After you have completed 12 weeks of your membership, you can cancel with two weeks notice. Two more membership payments will be processed at this time. You will be able to practice during these two weeks until the cancellation date
We require two forms of payment to sign up to this membership, please provide a bank account and a debit or credit card
You can pause this pass for up to 14 days per 3 months due to work, travel or illness
This pass activates from the purchase date not the first visit
