5:30pm – 7pm: Yin Yoga and Meditation with Taylor
7:30pm: Dinner

Sunday 10th November
8am – 9am: Final Yoga and Meditation with Sammy
9am: Breakfast
10am: Check out, goodbye beautiful retreat!

The food

This retreat will feature wholesome vegetarian meals lovingly prepared by our private chef Aliza from Shakti Fresh Eats.

Think delicious buddha bowls, vegan curries, creative salads, dips, spreads  and raw treats to nourish you from the inside out.

Aliza can also cater to all dietary requirements and allergies.

2 x dinners and 2 x breakfasts plus daily tea and coffee are included in the retreat rate.

Rooms, rates and details

Rooms and Rates

– 3 singles + Floor Mattress:
$790 for a single bed
$700 for a floor mattress

– Shared Queen Bed + Floor Mattress:
$890 per person in queen bed (sharing bed)
$800 for a floor mattress

–  Queen Private Cottage with Ensuite:
$1,200 private or $990 shared (sharing bed)

Payment Terms and Conditions

A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your position on this retreat. The final payment is due on or before 11th October 2019.

Payment is made via bank transfer. Credit card payments incur a 3% surcharge.

Cancellation Policy

The $500 deposit is non-refundable. Any cancelations made after the final payment due date (11th October 2019) will incur a 100% cancellation fee. If serious illness or injury occurs that inhibits your participation on the retreat a refund of monies paid outside of the non-refundable deposit will be considered.

I'm new to yoga, can I come?

Sure! This retreat is welcome to all levels of yoga experience

How do I get to the retreat?

We suggest driving. The retreat is a 1hr drive from Melbourne CBD and a 2hr from Geelong.

Can I come on my own?

Yes. Rooms can be booked privately or to share with another guest.

I have dietary requirements, can the be catered to?

Absolutely. Our private chef Aliza will take all requirements into consideration when creating the menu for the retreat.

What style of yoga will we practice?

Vinyasa flow and yin yoga will be practice on this retreat. We will also meditate after each session. In true Yoga 213 style, music will be played throughout classes.

Can I park onsite?

Yes, there is lot's of space to park your car at the retreat centre.
