Our Red Hill Retreat might be exactly what you need for a little R&R to get you through to the end of the year. A weekend away filled with all the sweet things in life – yoga, good food, meditation, walks, beach time and connection with others.

Sometimes all you need is an excuse to switch off your phone for 48 hours, move your body and unwind more than you normally would. This retreat has been designed for exactly that – a chance for yogis and non-yogis of all levels to re-connect.

Join Sammy and Taylor on this 2-night retreat in beautiful Red Hill on Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula. The schedule will be filled with vinyasa and yin yoga, meditation, free time and fresh vegetarian food lovingly prepared by our private chef – Shakti Fresh EatsThink fresh salads, raw treats, nourishing meals and healthy elixirs for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We’re drooling already.

In between yoga and food, indulge in Red Hill’s surroundings, with green rolling hills to stroll through and the beach just a quick road trip away.
