More often than not, if you mention meditation to someone who doesn’t meditate, they’ll tell you they can’t do it or it doesn’t work. We get it, it can be tricky to do by yourself. And even with the help of an app or soothing music it can be hard to concentrate.

So perhaps that’s why you partake in a training, so that you can teach yourself and others, and even a whole community of people. We have a 30-hour Meditation Training coming up with Steve Ross in one of the most beautiful pockets of the country, Byron Bay and it can’t come soon enough!

On this training you’ll deep dive into all things meditation and begin to understand yoga on a whole other level, far beyond the physical practice. This training is for yogis of all levels, regular and non-regular meditators and teachers. With the help of Steve, this training will guide you to feeling like a true yogi, and if its calling you – to share the practice you love with the world.

Steve, who has been a meditator for over 40 years and travelled the world sharing his knowledge, will do just that in the heart of Byron Bay with you and fellow students. He will share stories of his time in India as a Vedic Monk, excerpts from his best selling book Happy Yoga and so much more (we can’t tell you everything!).

Situated at Wyebalena Organic Farm, picture yourself connecting with like-minded people, indulging in a daily meditation practice, learning new skills and unwinding in the idyllic location. Delicious vegetarian and vegan meals will be provided throughout the day, cooked from fresh ingredients grown onsite. Think farm fresh eggs, buckwheat porridge, veggie burgers and more. All dietary requirements can be catered to!
